Your Headshot Mini Session includes:
* Up to 10 minute session in the studio
* One outfit (waist up)
* Online proofing gallery with 3-5 images to choose from
* One high resolution digital image of your choice
* Additional outfits/digital images available
SESSION RESERVATION
Included in the session is up to 10 minutes of photography provided by the photographer; a private online proofing gallery with 3-5 digital images; choice of one (1) digital image as a high resolution download with option to purchase additional images.
The session fee is non-refundable.
TARDINESS
Client understands that tardiness will impact the outcome for the gallery and could prevent the client from having any images at all. Clients who arrive after their scheduled session will not be given more time or a refund. Reschedules will not be offered and session fees will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION
Should the client be unable to make their scheduled session for any reason the session fee is non refundable. Client may transfer the session to another party up to 72 hours before the event but must notify the photographer in writing of these changes.
In the event the photographer is unable to fulfill their obligation to the session due to illness or acts of God a new session date will be offered. In the event a client is unable to attend this date they may transfer their session fee to a future session or product within 6 months of the initial session date.
DIGITAL IMAGES
Within two weeks of the session the client will receive an online watermarked gallery with 3-5 images to choose from. Included in each session is one (1) high resolution digital image with the option to purchase additional images.
Online galleries will be available for 5 days only. It is the client's responsibility to make their image selections and properly download their images prior to the gallery expiration date. Once a gallery expires, a reactivation fee of $50 is required to reactivate your gallery for purchase and/or download.
IMAGE EDITING
Client understands that images will reflect the photographer's portfolio of work. Should the client request any additional editing, a fee will be applied for each image and subject to the scope of work needed to complete. Edit requests will take up to 7 days to process. Fees for editing must be paid in full prior to the initiation of these requests and is non-refundable.
EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER/ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Client understands and agrees that Photographer is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested in this Agreement. Client may take behind the scenes photos on their mobile devices but must tag and credit the Photographer appropriately. No professional cameras of any kind are allowed during the session, including Client’s own camera.
COPYRIGHT
All photographs taken by Christy Johnson Photography are protected by United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17). Client hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control, and use of the images. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
It is a violation of Federal Copyright Law to allow photographs created by Christy Johnson Photography to be duplicated, digitally reproduced, copied, scanned or altered in any way without written consent.
Images delivered to client are for personal use only.
HARASSMENT AND SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Client hereby agrees to engage with Photographer and attendees of the event in an appropriate and civil manner. At no time and under no circumstance shall Photographer tolerate abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, or harassing behavior from Client and/or any agent or party acting on behalf of Client. Photographer reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without notifying Client and without refund of monies paid. The Photographer reserves the right to maintain a safe working environment for all. Should the photographer deem the situation is unsafe physically, emotionally or mentally by the Client or any person within the Client's party, the Photographer reserves the right to terminate the agreement without refund or delivery of images.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Photographer’s entire liability to Client for claim, loss, or injury arising from Photographer’s performance or negligence is limited to a refund to Client in the amount paid for services. Client assumes all of the risks of being photographed in studio, remote on location and/or outdoor locations as well as images taken within their own home. Client waives any rights to recovery money or damages from Photographer for any injuries that he/she, other subjects participating in the photo session or other companions may sustain while being photographed and or participating in the photo session. Client declares that he/she has legal authority to grant these permissions for all subjects involved in the photo session and accepts all responsibilities for such.
Although all care will be taken with these photography services and the digital photographs taken, if Photographer is unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason, including but not limited to: transportation problems, acts of God, accident, death of Photographer or family members, illness, or technical problems, and if he/she cannot provide another competent professional, all money received by Photographer will be applied to a future session or product within 6 months of the session date and Photographer shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement.
If, during the photography session and/or before being delivered to Client, the session media has been lost or is unusable because of defect, damage, equipment malfunction, processing, or other technical error caused by Photographer, Client agrees to hold the Photographer harmless and will not impose any additional liability. Photographer shall re-shoot the session without an additional fee. Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of Photographer and will not be granted for instances pertaining to Client and/or Client’s subject appearance, weather-related issues, or deviation from the recommendations of Photographer.
SIGNATURES
Each party has read, understands, and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as listed above and by purchasing this listing you are agreeing to the terms of this product/session.
